Rochester Castle Live / Performance
A sold-out weekend at just over £2.
The challenge.
Paid social costs were rising and concertgoers had more to weigh up than ever. Rochester Castle Live needed more than an advertising push. It had to feel unmissable enough to justify the trade-off without letting acquisition costs eat into revenue.
Activate demand early.
We gave the existing audience early access before the full public reveal, creating intrigue and conversation while demand was still warm. From there, content stayed light rather than relentlessly sales-led: live clips, memories and timely reminders kept the event present without making every interaction an ask.
Go beyond the feed.
Out-of-home and local business relationships extended the campaign through networks people already trusted. Paid media carried acquisition, with targeting refined as the campaign’s own data grew. When one date underperformed, organic content took the lead and built traction without additional spend.
The result.
Rochester Castle Live sold 15,000 tickets and delivered a fully sold-out weekend at a cost per sale of just over £2.
